We operate as a Managed Listing & Publication Service. Content submitted to us is reviewed and published manually to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect
We only collect and process information that you voluntarily provide:
- Commercial Listing Data (Public): Business name, description, location, images, and social links intended for public display.
- Administrative Data (Private): Your name and email address used for communication and service management.
Payments & Financial Data:
- We do not operate an integrated payment system.
- Payments for services are arranged manually via bank transfer or Revolut, with details provided during direct communication.
- All transactions are completed independently by the client.
- We do not collect, process, or store your banking details, card information, or login credentials.
- To help us match payments to services, you may be asked to include a reference provided via email.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Your consent when submitting information for publication
- The performance of a service agreement (e.g. creating and managing listings)
- To manage your subscription to our Newsletter and deliver community updates to your inbox.
- Compliance with legal obligations under Irish law
4. Purpose of Data Use
Your data is used strictly for:
- Publishing and maintaining your business listing
- Communicating updates, reminders, and service-related notices
- Fulfilling legal and accounting obligations

Information submitted for listings will be publicly accessible on our platform and may be indexed by search engines such as Google. Please ensure that any content you provide is suitable for public display.
6. Data Retention
- Listings: Stored for the duration of the active service
- Financial records: Retained for up to 6 years in line with Irish legal requirements
- Emails and communications: Stored for record-keeping and support purposes
