2. Service Model

iHelp.ie operates as a Managed Listing & Publication Service supported by volunteers and community collaboration.

• Submission: Users submit content (text, images, logos, contact information) via email or approved communication channels. Users do not create accounts or publish content directly.
• Review & Publication: All content is manually reviewed and published by the iHelp.ie team to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Availability: Free and limited-duration listings are published based on volunteer availability. Immediate posting cannot be guaranteed.

3. Listing Plans

START:

• Listing on one local domain for 30 days.
• Includes Brand Logo and Business Profile.
• Free renewal available on request; multiple listings across domains are not included.

GROW:

• One-year listing on one local domain.
• Includes Brand Logo, Business Profile, and 1 Featured Photo.

EXPAND:

• Listing across all 13 local domains in our network.
• Includes SEO optimization, 1 Business Introduction Post, Brand Logo, Business Profile, and up to 3 Featured Photos.
• Active subscriptions may automatically extend to additional domains as the network grows.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payment Methods: Payments for paid packages are processed manually via Revolut or other approved methods. iHelp.ie does not operate an integrated payment gateway.
• Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.
• Third-Party Fees: Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
• Payment References: To ensure correct allocation of payments, clients must use the unique reference provided via email.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• License: By submitting content, you grant iHelp.ie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, format, and publish the content across its network.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the correctness of submitted information. Any errors should be reported immediately to contact@ihelp.ie.
• Copyright: You confirm that you have legal rights or permission for any content submitted. iHelp.ie is not liable for copyright infringements arising from your submissions.

6. SEO Disclaimer

We implement standard SEO practices to improve visibility. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, or outcomes, as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Basis: Listings and websites are provided as-is without warranties regarding uptime or business outcomes.
• Manual Errors: iHelp.ie is not responsible for typos, omissions, or delays during submission or posting.
• No Endorsement: Publishing a business listing does not imply endorsement. Transactions are solely between businesses and clients.

8. Termination and Removal

iHelp.ie reserves the right to:

• Reject content that violates standards, law, or ethical practices.
• Remove a listing if payments are invalid, dishonest activity is detected, or upon breach of these Terms.
• Change site structure, domain coverage, or listing features at any time.

9. Prohibited Listings

Listings for the following are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, ballistic equipment, explosives, or instructional content to create hazardous devices.
• Regulated Substances: Controlled drugs, narcotics, CBD/recreational cannabis, tobacco, vaping devices, and alcohol production equipment.
• Adult & Explicit Content: Pornographic material, adult companionship services, and any content deemed highly sensitive by administration.
• Animals & Livestock: Sale or rehoming of pets, horses, livestock, or products derived from endangered species.
• Unverified Financial Schemes: Cryptocurrency platforms, investment schemes, fast-return models, gambling/lottery services.
• Unregulated Health Products: Supplements, prescription drugs, or diagnostic tools without verified professional approval.

10. Third-Party Advertising

Third-party ads (e.g., Google AdSense) may appear on our platform. iHelp.ie does not control content or links from these ads; any interactions are solely between the user and the advertiser. Ads may use cookies and tracking technologies.

11. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter via the newsletter tool,

you agree to receive periodic updates and promotional content from iHelp network. We do not spam or sell your email to third parties. You may opt-out at any time using the "UNSUBSCRIBE" link found in our website footer or in the emails sent.

12. Privacy and Data Usage

Business details submitted are publicly visible. By submitting, you consent to iHelp.ie storing and using this data to manage your listing. Payments are managed manually; iHelp.ie does not store banking or card information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
